In the space of what counts as four short years behind the consoles as a DJ and a producer, TREi has risen to the upper echelon of drum and bass in his home country New Zealand. Resultantly, TREi’s music production and DJ skills are now raising eyebrows in all the right places across the globe.

INNUENDO, Trei’s debut album with divergent sonic landscape stays grounded through the common threads of decidedly futurist synthetic soundscapes and chest pounding, subwoofer rupturing low-slung bass lines.

Working with the likes of vocalists Lisa Tomlins and Thomas Oliver (of the Thomas Oliver Band) and fellow producer’s State of Mind, Dose, Teknik and Southern Soul, TREi has crafted a cohesive twelve song deep full-listening experience as much driven by hooks and general musicality as explosive drum and bass pressure.

As smooth in the studio as he is in the mix, TREi’s music often features in the playlists of scene leading luminaries such as State of Mind, Bailey, Marky, Andy C, Klute and Friction.  So make sure you catch the album release tour and check out the new force to be reckoned with emerging from drum and bass!

The original “King of the Rollers”, it can be argued that Doc Scott is one of the true legends of jungle drum and bass music. From Reinforced to Metalheadz and finally his own label 31 Records. Doc Scott has always been a drum and bass pioneer whether behind the turntables or at the controls in the studio.

Responsible for genre defining cuts such as 'Here come the drumz' and 'Shadowboxing', Doc Scott is also the man who introduced artists such as Marcus Intalex and Pendulum to the wider drum and bass community and market via his own imprint 31 Records.
